How far in advance do I need to book a trip?

Typically we advise booking a trip a 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure vehicle and driver availability. There is certainly nothing wrong with booking a trip even further in advance – especially if you’re planning a larger trip that requires other coordination. While we will attempt to honor trip bookings made less than 2 weeks in advance, you may run the risk of our services being fully-booked during the time you are interested in. Can your school buses be rented for things other than school field trips?

Absolutely! While school buses are most commonly associated with K-12 pupil transportation, they can be used for other transportation services as well. The safety features of a school bus and their occupancy size make school buses ideal economical options for many types of passenger transportation. Is a driver provided when renting a bus for a trip or charter?

Yes, a driver is always part of any transportation service we provide. We do not currently rent out vehicles only. Legal and insurance requirements will only allow commercial drivers employed by Drivergent to operate our company vehicles. This also ensures you receive professional service and can leave every aspect of your transportation to us. How do I know if a bus is safe to ride in?
